Because I spun out and he fined me for careless driving which I cant do anything about it, he also said some pretty weird things in chat (after the chase and when he chases me like indirectly you can't drive and that I caused the accident and that I just stopped on autobahn and that I was speeding?!?!)

I wasnt driving carelessly -> He admits I did
I didn't cause an accident -> He did by stopping on the autobahn (the person who crashed into him says he wouldnt have crashed into him if the cop didn't stop)
I wasn't speeding -> I was driving 150 and he said things like you cant drive if you drive 150 and still spin out etc..

The conversation went further after the replay ended.

You were infact driving carelessly. Your car was constantly laying down black lines and you did infact loose control shortly later.

You did cause an accident by crashing into the amco. The following cars then had to slow down hard to avoid you, which one car didn't manage.

You were to blame for this accident and got a pretty small fine for it.
I would be happy with it.
