Call Police When Towing Somebody?

Hello TC

I just have a little question.

When u have responded to an accident as a TOW/MED/RES, and when u arrive to the accident, is it then okay to call police if to many people is holding around the "victim" so we the rescue gets a free area so we can tow the "victim" without hitting anybody? because we can not tow him that easy because people are making over manuver area smaller?

To be honest, I don't see that much problem with it, and in real life the Ambulance/Police people don't have all the space in the world either.
I never really had a problem with it, eventually (it might take a little longer) the person will be helped, and the accident/danger will be cleared.

I think the !caution helps a lot as well, since people then know the assistance teams have arrived, and presumeably will make more room.

It is a valid reason to call the police, since those being in the way are most likely also breaking road laws while doing so.

Just got some scenes yesterday where people was pretty annoying so i couldt tow him because needed more space

In my opinion there should always be at least 1 cop on a dangerous towing scene, mainly because of other people going through recklessly, and hitting the tows and the flipped car.

I as cop are responding to calls just a very few times, because as i have understand it we cant use sirens when we responding.
