The usual V8's are too mainstream. I've got bored with them tbh. I like the change, and V6 isn't the worst that can happen, and who cares if it sounds like Formula 3, F1 is more exciting and having the sound over in that is just nice

They could at least make it rev more.

They will. AFAIK in Bahrain they will be allowed to rev up to 15k or something like this, whilst now they're only revving till 9-10k

AJ's Civic revs to 9-10k, from the sound of it.

I kinda like the new sound aswell, and if/when they rev it to 15k, it'll either sound equally good or better than the old engines.

I can't wait, this will definitely be the most unpredictable and exciting race for a while!

I mainly root for Mercedes/Hamilton, but I also hope Jenson does well. Based on his previous history getting to grips with new cars/tyres, i'd except him to be competitive as long as the car is in reasonable shape.

I gotta go for the McLaren team with Kevin Magnussen this year. Very long time since we've had a Dane in the F1.

Williams have the best chance they've had in years this season. I have massive respect for Massa and I'd love to see him do well especially for Williams.

Go Iceman! Ferrari is going to be my favorite this year, obviously because of Kimi being there but at the same time, to see what happens when you got 2 champs as teammates.

I might be alone in thinking this, but I really like the sound of the new engines in that video/generally - it's certainly unique, but I think the deep tone & turbo spool noises sound pretty cool.

That particular video is pretty bad quality, making it sound worse than it is. No secret that i like it a lot too. Must sound great in real.
