Yeah, I'll look up the size of the bolt in my Haynes book, and get a new one. I managed to get the other bolt out, so I should be able to get the sprocket removed.

Fixed it.

I got the broken bolt out using a screwdriver and a hammer, so I was able to 'push' it around in the thread, to avoid damaging it. Worked perfectly, so found a new 6mm bolt and cut it the same length, dipped both of them in copper clip and bolted them back in. Went for a test ride, and everything seems to be as before. Thanks for the help. Smile

My old "silencer" made the sound so low, that under 2k rpm it hurt ears if sitting on the back seat. That one is a lot better, but when the exhaust heats a bit it gets louder, not too loud thought Smile

And a bit sporty sound when revving hiiigh!

Yea the engine was on the low blue. Has intake leak and i get new part at monday so it smokes a bit and burns gas in exhaust which i actually enjoy in tunnels Wink

3 video i post in my golf mk3 but this time is it only music test with camera and battery gauget is not plugged in and i can probaly play music in 10-20 min without car is on.
its pretty good sound inside car.

Yeah probaly gonna upgrade door speakers soon pretty old are those but still working, wanna have jbl or pioneer instead off mutant speakers so will get that stuff on empty spaces behind panel
