57min 50s (57:50:00): After more than 24 Minutes chase, SO•Towcat goes into the wrong way, sliding and crashing himself into the barrier, when starts driving again, he turns into me ( when I was on the right side of the barrier ), ramming me.

After dealing this with him on the servers, the excuse was " I had damage ", If you clearly look at the replay, I had more damage than him, which clearly wasnt the reason of that ram.

1 Hour 0 Minutes 30 Seconds (01:00:00:00): After the incident mentioned above, he crashes again himself into a barrier, when making the uturn, he decides to push me , and once I was turned, he decided to accelerate into me almost flipping me ( ramming me into the barrier ).

you clearly didn't listen to me on the server.

the first case was miscalculated, because you also came towards me.
i apologized after the chase... too late, i know.
didn't think about it that moment.

the second time wasn't my fault:
you tried to block me and i just pushed you away.
i had no chance to see the barrier behind your car, and i stopped accelerating when i noticed.

cops are allowed to pit me into barriers, it's not that much difference.

my "excuse" damage:
everyone here knows, that i'm not the best driver and that i'm driving a modified t500, which is hard to hold in some situations.
that plus damage makes me spin every time i brake... as you could see

Cops are not allowed to pit you INTO barriers, they are allowed to P.I.T you , but the damage of it cannot be done by pushing you into a barrier, that the outcome is that you crash into a barrier , that's fine, the thing is , you PUSHED ME into the barrier, which isn't allowed.

About the first time, I didnt come towards you , I was stopped, so I request you to check the replay, you just turned into me because you wanted.

No matters the controller you have, if you have enough skills to stay on a chase for 30 minutes, you have skills to NOT crash into me everytime im infront.

Cops are allowed to pit others into anything except if it causes an immediate danger to other road users.

As it was clarified by BoyPower some weeks ago.

To clarify, pitting suspects into objects is allowed so long as:

It is just a pit (you can't ram them into a barrier)
The direct result of the PIT causes no/little damage to them
Civilians are safe.

You clearly know what you did , showed you the pictures, even so you blamed your damage and that you couldn't see it, you know perfectly there's a barrier, as you turned to the right as fast as you saw it , as a result, ramming me into it.

i actually don't get what your problem is now.
in the end you left the chase after fullspeed hitting a barrier.
after my "rams" as you call it, you could still follow me without many problems.
maybe you noticed, that you hit me several times while wrongsiding during a chase. you always apologized, so it was fine to me.
i apologized for my hit at bayside and now you come to tell me:
"sorry doesn't solve anything"

I crashed as a Windows 8 Pop-up showed on sceen, therefore I pitted, that's not a problem.

Im not complaining about the fact that you crashed me 1 time, its the fact that after that hit, minutes later you rammed me into a barrier which I don't tolerate.

i finally found the timestamp now.
i was clearly steering to the left, to get away... i did not steer into the barrier.
right after that i hit you again, because you tried to block again.
nothing against that, it's totally legal to block me.
but that time i also stopped pushing you, when i noticed that you almost flip.
you can't call that ramming, i think.

I've watched the whole pursuit in order to make a fair decision between the stakeholders, and every actions were fine except the written timestamps in this thread.

@57:50:00, Surri went to the left side, avoided the incoming car on the left side and lost the control of his vehicle. Once he regained the control, the user steered his car into chriship's vehicle, the collision could have been avoided easily because there was enough room to drive.

@01:00:00.00, Surri tried to escape from a eventually arrest, Chriship decided to block his front, as a officer would do, and Surri was pushing Chriship with full gas on for a few seconds, then he released the throttle, and steered to the left before the hit with the barrier.

I have some doubts about the attention you had Surri at the last timestamp but nonetheless for the ramming, you will be issued a warning.

I would like to remember at both of you to stay on the right side or at least, check the map if you decide to go to the left side, in case of traffic or not. Thanks.
