Tested my new clearcoat stuff on the gear 'indicator' of my G27. Worked better than expected, and I'm really happy with the result, as this is my first paint 'job' ever.

Sanded the surface down, so that the old paint was almost gone. Then gave it one layer of black plastic spraypaint, let it dry for 15 minutes, the applied another layer of black plastic spraypaint, and let it dry for 25 minutes. Then I applied a layer of clearcoat, which I let dry for 25 minutes, then the final layer of clearcoat which dried for 60 minutes.

I don't drive with a joystick, I'm usually a wheel user, slowing converting to a mouse unfortunately...

Thanks Cola! The PC on the right is - as you said - an all-in-one PC. It did used to be my main PC, but over time I custom built my gaming computer and has since adapted to be my "primary" PC. I use the one on the right for when I play Microsoft Flight Simulator, I can have my flight planning applications, weather applications, dispatch documents etc open there. They're configured so I can use the one mouse and keyboard through an Ethernet cable using a programme called 'Input Director'.

Dunno if I already posted this, but I've sanded down, spray painted and clear coated the grip of my mouse, and the little gear 'indicator' top on my G27 shifter. Today, I used some black paint sealant on both, which made them even shinier and smoother.

Just moved into a new apartment and finally have a real desktop to put my stuff on (I was on a laptop in the kitchen so it's quite an upgrade.)



Nothing too fancy but it fits my needs.

I do have a kleenex box there because there's dust everywhere in the apartment and the trees/foliage makes me sneeze terribly hard
