This would work by using the vin numbers of each car.

This would make buying used cars more interesting.

The history can be things like:

First registered (date)
First user (username)
Total number of chases and other things like that.

There is also a chance that this could raise the price of the car.

It would make used cars cool.

some things are already availiable, like km, date built, previous owners.
chases would be rather difficult to implement i guess.
