New and some questions :-)

Hey, I'm "new" to TC, I used to cruise here few months ago, then I became inactive here and seems like I've missed much things lol

I'd like to know which are the TOW requeriments, I can't find them in the TOW guide

Also I can't find police requeriments lol I should be blind or smth, I don't know if this is needed, but my driven distance is near 900km

Hi! In order to be a TOW, you simply need to get an appropriate TOW skin and put the [TOW] tag in your name somewhere.

In order to police, you need to drive 1000kms, have the appropriate COP skins, put [COP] in your name, and download some sort of strobe Program. I recommend going to http://city-driving.co.uk/, clicking on the "Downloads" button, and downloading TC Lights V0.6.

I also recommend taking cop training, as that will improve your car control in chases, and slighten the chance of cop right revokation
