Banned for how long ? - possible unban (Ban Ended)

● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban:

So I've got a ban from Pete as he said I was insulting people. I was arguing with someone as I considered he abused his freshly aquired cop wrights, and what he did was unfair. I did insult that guy ONCE, and not used any baned words, either avoided them trough some typo trick. I consider a ban was not necessary, as a simple warning from a TC member would of been taken in consideration.

I've made more than 1000 km in the last 24h on the server and it is frustrating to get baned after all this effort, because I was trying to make a point to someone who doesn't even know the rules like he should.

I have not argued before regardless of the situation I was in.

I'd like to know what is the duration of this ban if an unban can not be issued.

I think you'll agree with me when I say that calling someone a "*Removed*", isn't particularly friendly.

When asked whether you had finished insulting the person you aimed the comment at you replied with: "not really. not yet". This suggests you were likely to follow it up with other unfriendly comments, thus I removed you from the server.

Yes Pete, you are correct.
Of course it is not friendly. I did not say I was.
But I was not going to continue. It's just a way of saying, wich I can't really explain the meaning as it's a thing in my language. (reffering to the 'not really, no')
Also it suggest, but it is not an action.
Besides, it was past 3:00 am in the morning, the servers was not really populated, and I haven't created chaos nor been dangerous or agressive.
During the day, people do things that really worth baning, and nothing happens.
I really tought you would understand the frustration after +1000km, to have someone unjustice me. Wouldn't you be ?
I consider I've acted and behaved really well considering the amount of anger and frustration after a full day of work (real work and problems) and tc driving in parallel.
If you would'of just told me to stop, warn me or something (eg kick), I would of had a chance to prove that I can also stop and ignore the "man".

You did not had a peacefull way of ending the "conflict", nor given me the chance to prove that I would not take the argue further on the server.
You are making it look like you are taking sides here or some form of bullying.
You have not solved a problem, since I am not a trouble maker. You've just managed to take a privilege away from me. (I'm actually a helpfull and kind man around the track whenever I can)

I really hope you reconsider your decision and watch this from another point of view, as I am not a 'badman' here.
Okay, you've baned me. I will not argue again.
But TC has a great loss of respect in my eyes when I stay banned unnecesarily, and see other almost everyday, geting away with serious offences.
There should be a balance, and particular situation should be looken upon, not ban anyone for the slightest thing they do wrong.
Rules are pointless if we are not humans in applying them.
