I am reporting this because he is MED and he is doing ridiculous speeds throughout the whole of the replay. I had no choice to report this because if i have to strictly stick to limits, he should. This is after he was already warned about his speeds.

This taken place on the 04/06/2014 at approx. 17:00

additional info as i wanted to report him too:
i think he got his med rights revoked yesterday by pipa iirc. at end of replay i start discussion with him and he is totally convonced that speeding is allowed.
its only my first question on replay, but im sure u have the logs. else i would have a longer replay if wished
