Money loaning

Been thinking about this for a while, so i'm making this thread for myself and others.

Here is the scenario, a user asks can he borrow 10,000. A user agrees to send him the 10,000 as long as he promises to pay back eventually.

The user fails to repay what he owes.

Who is at fault? The sender of the 10,000 or the user he sent it to who failed to pay him back?

If a user fails to repay, can you RAPORRT him? Or is this process taken at your own risk?

Well, you generally send money at your own risk. Though I don't know have the rules changed since then.

Well that's the sender's fault for trusting him to pay back the loan.

It's the same as "Your account, your responsibility", it's your money, your responsibility and if you think you can trust someone enough, do it.

I personally would only do to friends and people I know well so yeah, it'd be your fault for trusting them.

Obviously it's wrong to not pay it back as well.
