User Rammed me in the door when i tried to U-Turn after that he pushes me into a barrier. Hes Techniques were poor and his Maneuvers were uncalculated
my car sustained severe damage.

Hello,

I will issue a warning for the no-tactical move he did @20:52. Pushing a suspect to a barrier is not allowed and he clearly wasn't trying to pit you at this part.

I am pretty sure he could do better than that, if I am wrong he'll lose his cop rights.
