Many users saying 'stop ramming' and stop following chases. User appeared to be ramming and following the chase when I came across him and after watching him for a while he still rammed people...

Lyrinx was going to report him, but I figured I should just do it in one...

the same user made me lose the chase about 14:30

I gave him a week ban for ramming, we have dealt with him 2 days ago for the same offence.
