● Your LFS Username: Alucardx

● Time & Date of Incident: I checked the Banlist, and found out that my license was banned on 30/09/13, 23;40.

● Replay / Screenshot Link: I don't have.
● Replay Timestamps: I don't have.

● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban: Some months ago my cousin visited me at my home and he wanted to show me his cars in your server and he used his license to do that. Then I continued to use my own license. Two weeks ago I realized that my license is permanently banned, when I tried to play with my friends in your server, for multi-accounting but other license in fact isn't mine; it is related to my cousin. In fact, we used 2 licenses on 1 IP address which is against your rules but I understood it later. I strongly apologize for the actions I’ve taken before finding out that a person cannot log in with another license from the same IP. Now I have two of my friends who bought S2 especially to play with me in your server. Again I strongly apologize and won’t do that in the future, if I get unbanned. Thanks in advance! Best regards!

I forgot to mention that this was his license, and he sold it to me, then it got banned (Maybe because I logged in to check if everything is alright and the insim caught me logging from different ip).

Yes, the banned account (Alucardx) ,was his account, which he sold to me, and then it got banned.

I made a mistake, I didn't have my own acc. I was playing for 1 day with another license, which I was going to buy (just to test if it is not banned on the cruise servers), but then my cousin said that the person I was going to buy it from, is a scammer.

I hope everything will be alright, and I can play on [TC] CityDriving with my friends.

No, as I said , I played with an account, that I was going to buy, but my cousin said that the player, who was selling it was a scamer. Then I denied to buy it. After this I bought the license Alucardx from my cousin, which wasn't banned from [TC] CityDriving, and I played a bit. Today I tried to enter the server because my friends bought licenses but I couldn’t and found my license in the banlist. A friend asked [TC] Stuna, and received an answer that it is banned for multiaccounting. I hope that I will get unbanned, so I can play with my friends.

It was long time ago, and I do not remember it. I think that it was something starting with "poro" but i am not sure.

Ok, I think I understand what you're saying more than before. It sounds like you've purchased a used account that was already banned from our servers. We don't unban accounts (especially the ones in question) when someone claims to have bought them from someone else.

All accounts in question will remain banned.
