Yeah I hear those Passats are pretty good cars all around, relatively quick, comfortable, reliable. Well you can always get a bad one, I think all cars have some bad individuals Tongue

Like I don't know if I'm dreaming but I feel like the Peugeot has had the same amount of issues in 3 weeks than Volvo had in over a year... Hmmm.... Maybe the myth about the French cars is true then.. this heap of dog shit.....

Nice Ras, I just personally dislike the VW DSG gearbox, It's a pain to move around little by little on a trailer Tongue

I never liked automatic gears anyway on a passenger car.. Drove some new Audi A6's today which seemed to have generally really good one though.

Had lots of fun with the jetta this month. Taking it to the APR/VWoA track day next weekend. Got some Borbet Type Ts 14x7, some camber bolts on there way, painted one of my extra hoods as a chalkboard and am now getting ready to do an ABA bottom end with an agressive cammed JH head and ABF Pistons. Will be in the 160 range and 13-1 compression.

finally got around to installing my radio from the old car into the new car, went form double din to single din and im surprised how good it looks lol

and to my luck i found some original ford focus alloys from a scrapyard for £100 pound, alloys very good condition and also good condition tyres to, bargain Biggrin

The tailgate on the Escape has an intermittent actuator problem, and I need to drive it around so it can open to fix it. It's just parked up on the driveway until I fix the brakes. The best part of the Escape is the 6 CD changer, the P/O also gave me his old Kenwood head unit, so its a win.
