When you start watching it from my cam at 56.00, you will see this player Hman708 driving in front of me is ignoring the police sirens and !move command which I have spammed more than 5 times probably. I crashed in his rear bumper because I thought he will move in the last moment. When you get to 56.20, you can notice how is he ignoring the police sirens again and ramming me in the back of my car. Then as you can see I did a front flip and he didn't even apologize to me for the crash.

User did in fact follow your chase and not move for sirens at all. He also full on rear ended you. This user has no previous record of following a chase or hitting a chase itself, he will receive a warning and in game message.
