As I'm in chase, [TC]>Pete<[COP] pulls out onto the Highway which sends a barrier into me, and I spin out and come to a near stop.
As I am stopped, VTEC•Warrior[COP] comes towards me full speed, and hits me significantly hard.
Upon looking at the replay, he braked at literally the last second, and I think this hit may be purposely done.

An admins perspective on this would be much appreciated.

The hit looked intentional and was not apologised for when it should have been, the user will receive a warning regarding his cop rights that ramming is not allowed in or outside of chase.
