well it started with a ram when valter123 hit me then i chased him and some people iterupted

Okay so we have,
valter123 who rammed a parked user, then went on to ram you deliberately with out even saying sorry. He has a bad history for ramming so he will receive a ban.
Then we have Jurand, and SPEEDHUNTERS RASSE who both interfered with your chase.
Jurand follows the chase and rams you once.
Speedhunters doesn't slow for sirens and turns onto your chase almost hitting you. He then proceeds to ram you twice. Still interfering he helps the suspect out by hitting the cop out of a block that was being performed.
They both were interfering highly with ramming included. Valter will receive a ban for ramming. Juran will also receive a ban for ramming due to his past of this same offense. Speedhunters is rather clean so he will receive a much shorter ban.
