Did go to house today fixed gear so those is more easy to put in, so was needed to jack up the front abit low at rear haha , gonna fix so its little higher at rear soon, obs car is cleaned now wasent an hour ago

Swap is complete all new fuel lines, rubber hoses, no leaks etc. now trying to figure out a turbo. Looks like I can use a Mk3 tdi manifold upside down and be golden

Say farewell to this car guys, I won't be a regular Hondaist for a while I still have the Civic but it is a project and currently halted.
I will show you tomorrow what is replacing the Accord, and I know a lot of you will be very mad at me for this decision (especially the replacement vehicle) but it will have many advantages.

This is something that nobody could have foreseen without being told.



A quick rundown:

- A 1989 Ford Escort Laser
- The 1.6 liter engine from an '81 Escort with high comp pistons, XR3 hemi head with larger valves, forged crankshaft etc. No idea of the power output but more than enough for now
- Rebuilt with new larger valves, new lifters, new timing gear, new seals and gaskets, fuel pump, air filter, spark plugs, plug wires, oil, oil filter, distributor, dizzy cap, rotor, vacuum diaphragm and ignition pack
- 2" exhaust system with two Simons mufflers
- Full paintjob done last year, all rusty panels replaced (doors and trunklid from an RS Turbo S2, the wider wheel arches from a Cabriolet)
- Full interior job with new floor and roof upholstery, seats, steering wheel and sound system and other little stuff

Needs a wash obviously because it is dirty like a dubstep track from 2010.

It's gonna be carbon bonnet because painting is too mainstream.
