I was banned but i don't have idea for what.
I moved from Iceland many months ago and everytime when i try connect to server i see: banned for possible account fraud code 1. That's my account for many years

Yes you were banned by the account fraud system. It does this when your location changes. When you first moved and were banned on 2014-04-20 why didn't you make a un-ban request?
You also connected with a different IP adress after your location change.

I tried register on this forum, but activation link didn't came on my polish e-mail adress (and i forget this). Everytime when i see replays from that server i want back

Okay I unlocked your account so you can play on it. But a higher ranking admin will need to unban you. If they don't you can play by tomorrow the ban only last 24 hours I believe.
