29.11.14 Spark[COP] fine me for Slow speed on highway (50€) but i drive 40 km/h. This fine is illegal because in rule Slow speed on highway (50€)
Going slower than 20 mph / 30 km/h.

As you're unhappy with the fine you had received, and you've brought it to the administrators, I will move this to Refund Requests because that is the appropriate area to deal with such cases.

Hello Vladimir Putin,

Your refund request is denied. The reason for this is that you purposely drove slow on the highway as you saw the police unit following you; potentially being an obstruction to the traffic around you (which fortunately wasn't involved in this case.)

My decision contradicts the rule you quoted, however the rule will likely be changed. The police would not know whether you drive 40 kph/25 mph or 30 kph/20 mph.

Edit: I apparently forgot the police have LEAS on their cars. However, the decision still stands.
