8:40 i realized i crashed you and it was my fault, i said soz, i did not have time to type so when i went on the highway i decided to type "SOZ" as in sorry quickly.

And as you can see from my point of view while i was driving on cockpit view it was a kind of UPHILL so i couldn't see you properly and as soon as i saw you i applied full brakes and just after it as i mentioned i said sorry.

"Sees me standing on the right side during a chase" i was chasing you and you were interfering with another cops chase while he was talking to the suspect.

"instead of braking normally he just rams me" I did not decide to ram you because i wanted to, i applied full brakes if you see next to the names list the red bar goes up to the max for about 3 or 4 seconds.

Re-consider this report and i hope i do not receive any warning or so for doing something i had no intention of doing, once again i sincerely apologize for this mistake as i really did not mean to crash you or cause any conflicts with you.

Are you sure you were driving in the cockpit view ?

Yes i always drive in the cockpit view all times. Chase or no chase, even civillian.

And to prove that, in the replay as soon as i finish going up that small hill i brake immediately and this shows from my cockpit when im under it i cant see whats ahead but when i go up and the second i see him i brake fully.

Ok maybe i was incorrect that i was driving cockpit because i usually do, but as he was going further he disappeared from my sight and then when i saw him again i fully braked. As well even when im going on "Follow" from downhill it looks like he is not appearing.

Cockpit or not i am mistaken therefore i already apologized and i applied full brakes as you can see, and i did not apply it just when i got close by, i applied it as soon as i saw him.

I did check the replay to see if i was cockpit or not, but what i said is according to what i remember from the incident.

From what I can see, while you were driving in the "follow" view, once you were able to see him you were pressing the brake pedal and steered into him.

I Did not realize that my brakes will take such a long time to stop. While i was braking it caused my tires to skid which in that case it does not stop it perfectly, even though i braked a lot earlier it still took a long time to stop.

As a cop you should be safe, you're supposed to handle your car and you could've steered on the left as it was free. That was a bad decision there.

Yes i know i should steered on the left, but him as a suspect, i had no expectations a suspect would stop next to a car and wait for the car to arrive as he was getting further away from me. I saw him i thought he stopped because he gave up so i turned left and i applied full brakes thought i'd stop but my vehicle did not stop maybe because it was wrecked. I honestly had no intention of ramming him.

In this report he accused me of something i did not do, as he said "instead of braking normally he decides to ram me" which i think made you think that i really wanted to ram him because i wanted to get over with this chase, but i did not.

Sorry also for not making the right decision but i had no time to react, by the time i steered left i had to apply full brakes as i was over speeding.

Yes, that is the part of the cop and the robber game. I know that was an accident, an accident that could've been avoided. I'm asking you now if you could be more carefull in the future and if you could take one additional second to see what you can do when something similar happens. Your rights won't be revoked but that is a form of a warning.

With his current report(s) i dont think he tried to sort the situation with a rulebreaker(s) including me.

He is just reporting many players without trying to sort the situation, even if he did he kind of has a bad attitude because when i talked to him in game he said KooKoo, Be Quiet.

That's true, Dino could've reacted better probably, however it's in his rights to do a forum report, and from this report that was fair.

It's more a bad decision which leads to a crash than a purpose ram : hence why I asked you to be safer
