First screenshot :You took the 1st corner and your tyres left marks there, 100% Sure that wasn't because of your damaged steering

Second screenshot when I decided to fine you : If you can't control your car, then why you've been using full throttle ? That only endanger others, and caused in losing control of your car. Therefore the careless driving fine:

Fine list Wrote:Careless driving (30€ / 60€ / 100€)

Examples: cutting corners, ignoring lines, cones and barriers, drifting, doughnutting, all kind of stunts on the track, operating an unsafe vehicle, constantly driving backwards

This is not the first time you try to report me for a thing that I done correctly, So please take your time in reading the Manual | Rules rather than reporting peoples and wasting admins time

I use bad setup maybe you can see, and my right rear tyres is broken if you not see, hard steer..

That's true, but still drivable and you failed to control it



Even if your setup is bad, you can always control your car by going on a low speed.

Your steering was damaged and you still go on a high speed, That endanger others. told you that on my 1st reply. Here is a screenshot showing your gas pedal:

Dealing with your refund request.

Hello Zykel,

Your refund request has been looked into and it is hereby denied.

You had no problems controlling the car before you slid on the grass and subsequently swerving all over the road ― all of which were caused by your abrupt change of direction. Please see the following picture.

• You were driving a straight line normally.
  

After this, you proceeded to alter your tyres' angle a little. Please see the following picture.

• You steered right.
• You held your accelerator down.
  

This was a self-caused incident. You could have avoided this happening by

1. Not turning your steering wheel
2. Rather than pushing your accelerator, you'd have tried to slow down.
   

You were given the fine 100 € for careless driving. This would be argued like "dangerous manoeuvres in front of other cars" ― the car being a police car. In that case, a fine for dangerous driving would have been more appropriate but either way, altogether, the fine was for valid purposes. I am also quite sure that if you were sat looking at the replay thoroughly, you would understand and admit it.
