User is very new to the servers and has caused issues before regarding ramming other users.
Indeed he turned right into the cops attending the chase causing you to lose the chase. He will receive a strong confirmable warning to make sure he is aware ramming is not tolerated. Failure to follow this warning will lead to a ban.
