You need POLICE on the hood/bonnet somewhere. Otherwise, good.

After discussion, we've come to the conclusion that your skin isn't meeting with our criteria for police skins.

Current problems:
1) It has a racing/sporty look to it that doesn't come across as a police vehicle
2) The indications that it's a police car are minimal such as strobe lights or basic police livery design such as battenburg.
3) It's so dark and unclear that it could easily be mistaken for a VCU vehicle.

If you could edit the skin to fix these issues then there shouldn't be a problem.
