Main reason(s): Apparent attempt to block cops chasing a suspect, leading to us losing the suspect (L.Pettigrew / lukelfs)

Replay timestamps: 2:35 - they line up across the track. 2:45 - L.Pettigrew passes through, then the gap is filled up. Very shortly after the cops, including me a little while after hit the group of cars.

Description of incident (inc date & time): 06/04/15, at ~12:50 GMT+1.
I don't know if this was a deliberate act. I just seems very suspicious how only 1/2 drivers apologize, no one notices the sirens and that no caution sign was present. Quoting L.Pettigrew at 2:41 - 'I'm going to be banned for this'
I do not have access to the chat logs so it is hard for me to see what has been said in the public chat or channels.

Hello Luke,

After checking the chat logs and the replay it seems they were drag racing up and down Highway 1. It is very unfortunate that you guys lost your chase in this incident. As they were not actively trying to block the chase I'm going to take no action and write it off as an accident.

As for wrongsiding on the track I wont take any action against the users, but will remind them when I see them in game that the track is one way only. (The layout is changing rapidly at the moment, its hard for people to keep up with the changes)
