RE: +Report- -Roba-
Alright, I'll use this report for your offenses what I saw, also, I don't think I did anything wrong, you were lagging and if I pitted you, you lag hitted me, if I blocked you, you just brake and overtake me heating my clutch, and afterall, I gave you big fine for highly dangerous driving.

RE: +Report- -Roba-
This is what I said to Rifo when discussed in-game.
Cops in a chase do not have to use force at every possible point in the chase. If they wish to not use force, it is up to them and they cannot be punished for holding back (for whatever reason). Similarly with the fines, a cop has every right to select which ever fine he likes (even if it may be morally wrong). The fines are set to a 'fair ' amount, to prevent from serious over-fining. Sure, it may be 'wrong' to select a high fine, however the cop is free to choose which ever fine he or she wants. In short: there is no rule stating; a) A cop must use a minimum amount of force, b) A cop can only select a high-fine in specific circumstances. Josh. |

RE: +Report- -Roba-
I'll add a report of the same chase here, mainly agaoinst himself.
Replay: http://www.mediafire.com/?adfr4b2a7p2m4la ~ 1:48:50 - Drifting around me (as I started chase) ~ 1:52:25 - Chase got overtaked, and suspect tried to hit him, or as he said 'block him'. ~ 1:53:28 - He drives right behind innocent civilian, why? Is it allowed? ~ 1:54:33 - Tries to drift around other stationary cop. ~ 1:56:11 - He calls me rammer for no reason. ~ 1:58:25 - Trying to drift around another cop again. ~ 1:59:14 - Calling me rammer again for no reason. ~ 2:11:14 - I take 'u mad bro?' as harassing. ~ 2:17:04 - Yes, speed was slow, but, Quote: 1.5 Do not follow or overtake chases. If a chase gets closer, stay passive, slow down and wait until the situation is over Also, at one time he called me 'noob' as I take insult. (2012-01-11 16:27)Mbt Wrote: @Josh but is it isn't theft? RE: +Report- -Roba-
Best to make a separate report if it isn't linked to the OP report. It makes things confusing.
No action will be taken for the original report. Josh. |
