Description of Incident:

Sh6oo7 first mentioned me, then insulted me which makes it a direct insult at me. I think this is because i left my chase to fine him for causing an accident. Anyways, he does not have the right to insult me or anyone. It is very disrespectful.

While criminal was just avoiding the swear filter because he was hit by a cop for not moving for sirens.
