1:28 30 - He overtakes.
1:29 47 - Another guy spins me out
1:30 45 - I complete Race #2
1:31 00 - I pit and leave with a XRT
1:31 50 - I swerve to avoid a chase
1:32 00 - My friend turns up with Thomass chasing
1:32 45 - He comes up and rams me
1:32 53 - Could not control anger and started ramming


Description of incident (inc date & time):
6/13/2015 around 1 pm
Me and my friends were in this track race (anti clockwise). It was all fine untill
ThomaSS came along and started forcing off track etc etc.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Was hoping to get this finished last night but, I encountered a few problems with being tired.

Firstly, for future reference, you don't need to timestamp every moment of an event that happened. Just key event's such as rule breaking or accidents of which you are unsure on (e.g. possible ram, no apology, who's fault etc).

Okay, the race you was involved with: I'm going to point out, at no time are you given priority to other drivers on the track. Sure it would be respectful if people could drive with more care around you, but please be aware the track is for everyone so if they wish to overtake they can do so. I am a little sketchy with his braking, as he overtook you, I'm not sure whether that was partly due to the difficulty for him to overtake you guys.

He was simply braking to avoid hitting the turn off junction on his left plus to slow down for the corner. Your friend could have avoided this by braking himself. I see nothing wrong here as he was simply trying to drive away from you guys and your friend was doing his best to maintain his pace furthermore he didn't take into consideration the driving of Thomas meaning his lost control due to his lack of awareness. No action will be given to either parties for this event.

This is evidence itself that he was just wanting to use the track for the exact reasons you wanted to use it. He obviously meant no harm and isn't aware that you are racing to a serious matter. He did nothing wrong to receive your targeted comments from you and your mates. "YOU UTTER BUTTHOLE". You have received multiple warnings regarding insults and ramming yourself.

He apologizes for the slight hit at the roundabout. Nothing intentional around here.
He looked perfectly controlled with his anger to be honest. However, his collision was you was far from intentional and both parties (You and Thomas) are at fault. It's simply an accident due to both of you have a lack of awareness. He was overtaking when it was clear it's dangerous to do so. You decided to slow down on the wrong side and attempt a U-turn whilst traffic is present. Both of you should have apologised and accepted this maturely.

This is an interesting report and I'm afraid it's backfired for you more than him.

You will receive a short ban for insulting and aggressive attitude due to your history. You should know by now that this is not tolerated in any way, if you have a problem with somebody you should approach them maturely with no aggression, furthermore you should report them if appropriate.

Thomas will receive a warning to take more care when driving around other users. Be more patient and not to brake check after overtaking somebody.

DJmad will receive a moderate ban for arrogant behaviour and aggressive attitude. His driving is no better than any one else involved. His history supports the evidence sustained and he has pushed himself over the edge. Enough's enough.

Not entirely sure what he was aiming at with his last comment regarding "women" and "don't ram". Not enough evidence to take sexism into consideration. Due to his history, he should know by now that he is on his limits and he's starting to push it over the edge.
