I had some problems with my G25, Logitech sent me a G27.

After that I fixed the G25, and sold it. This is how I got G27 for about 25€.

I didn't even bother to get that warranty for the DF-GT, if something happens to it, I have a spare logitech wheel for parts. They're basically plug and play if its the motor, change the gears to the DFGT ones, thats it. Wiring as well. I had my DFGT pedals break, the brake pedal got stuck down, I just fixed it myself.

Back on topic, I bought some stuff from the electronics store and i didnt like it they replaced it and gave me coupons.

My sister had a Dell laptop for half a year that never ever worked properly. She used it for her studies so it wasn't very convenient that it got a blue screen and died all the time. After 3 repairs, she begged me to go yell at them. Since I'm a moron with computers, I was hesitant, because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to argue my point. In the end I succumbed to the begging and went. After 2 days(!) of arguing back and forth she got white Apple something laptop, a bag for the aforementioned, office for Mac and some other stuff.
