Reviving this thread due to the new(ish) Intake restriction bonus. The UF1 has a power-weight ratio of 61W/kg (84 bhp/ton) with a driver, but no fuel, giving you +4. However, if you (closely) match the power-weight ratio of the UF1 with no restrictions to the XFG and XRG then you would end up getting about 20-22% more money, with the same power to weight ratio. Therefore, I believe that +5 on the UF1 (with no restriction) should be reconsidered. I understand that the UF1 is also a cheaper car to run (cheaper to buy, and assumingly cheaper to maintain) but I think that the 20-22% is making most people just simply not want to drive it. It may be true that given +5 as a base to the UF1 that would mean that it could basically get +7.5 @ 50% restriction but at that point it accelerates so slow that it simply cannot get up close enough to the speed limit in order to see anything more than maybe +6 anyways.

There is currently a lot of money in the economy at the moment. If you're finding it that hard to earn money you're doing something wrong.

Most people don't find LFS being a game as much, they rather consider it being a proper simulator, therefore they don't play as much as the active players do. Not everyone has the time to play LFS, here it's all about playing for countless hours to get the lot of money that you're talking about while driving around the same map over and over again, that's not fun, it's grinding, not everyone likes that. |

The only problem that i find is that if its very easy to earn money , in some short time , everyone will be rich , and will have to do a reset cause all will have all the cars , full of garages...

I'm starting to think that just because some people play LFS a lot, people think it's easy to earn a lot of money. Well, if you've been playing on TC for years, no wonder you have so much money, that's common sense.

It's a city driving server, I see what you mean about the cops and robbers but the money earned from all the cars is perfectly reasonable and if you want to speed, you do so at your own risk.
But yes, I also noticed after the restriction changes the UF1 was strange. |

Bumping this thread as it has been almost 3 weeks without any TC giving an update. I do not believe that further discussion is needed by the community, but I would like to bring it back to the attention of the "higher-ups" given the recent promotions and moving around I understand that this could go unnoticed.
