Found that yellow Sandking randomly parked. Never seen tuned cars just spawning somewhere.

Sometimes near ammunation a sandking spawns, a tuned one, and the sell price cost around that price.

Where did you find that chuck? Is it in the desert area next to the police station?

Exactly opposite side of the road where the Los Santos Customs is located in the desert area. A guard with flashlight used to observe it in the night-times.

Really really surprised at my graphics card. 1GB Of Video RAM (Sapphire HD 7770 GHz Edition). GTA is currently using over 2GB of VRAM. It's running quite smoothly at 40-60 fps, really happy about that. Bearing in mind, I haven't yet changed the sliders and most things are on very high or high...
