You say you didn't know the rules (or laws as you put it), but you have a significant history for the breaching of them - surely continuous Administrator action on yourself would demonstrate that you're not doing something right - why did you never learn?

You were banned for using a silly setup and causing collisions on a 100mph road - you apologised for none of them.
