Morning Guys!

First we have a bit of sad news (well, alot):

CC×Rahpi and CC×TheDzivneks have decided to leave the team since they would get (and are getting more) respect for not being inside CC. This, I feel is not their fault, my fault or anyone else in the teams fault. Its the way you as a community have been treating us (and you wonder why teams don't get off to a good start).

CC×Eric has been kicked for inactivity.

CC×FaarLow left for unknown reasons.

CC×Stanced has failed his recruitment due to him getting banned during his recruitment period and for not being as active.

Now for some good news:
CC×Lungu has passed his probation period, he will now be spending a week as a recruit.

Due to hard effort and ALOT of dedication, CC×Nakex is skipping the Senior Member rank making him an Assistant Leader!

Congratulations CC×Nakex!

But if the team gets a bad reputation from the start due to most members getting banned, it's inevitable that the team's going to look bad in the eyes of the community.

But some people are still not realising the team is being lead in a completely different way to how DJmad was leading it. You see how only one person has been banned during the time I have lead the team? How many people were banned when DJmad was leading it?

Lol , DJmad was the first one in getting baned (dont take in bad way this), so it gives bad reputation/ bad looks to the team.

Hi isn't more active on either server, he just connects to ID and stays AFK there for some reason and sometimes drives there. He plays more on TC

I never brought up you i think , i only explain my point of view , and you can see how i said " Don't take in bad way this " In what i meant that this image of leader, gives bad reputation to the team , that's the difference between you and Skoda.

Borja couldn't have put it any more perfecto. I admit, we shouldn't have brought you up in this thread but when the team has had a bad reputation because of you, I don't see what's the problem in mentioning you?

Excuse my French but you put this team in a bad position and now I volunteered to effectively clean your shit up. You couldn't control your temper while on server and you were acting all childish, now NEW members have to suffer with what YOU set.

I know I have already quoted this but I thought, all teams should get the same amount of respect, TV as we know it came in with a bang and was being organised for months. I suppose you could call it a finished team like all the affiliates. TC get respect from 99% of the community. I have to say that I respect all of the teams in TC (including TC itself) because to see where they have got to now is amazing. They all started off small like us. Yes a couple maybe inactive, but they have done a bloody good job to be recognised by TC. The bad thing with PDC and CC, I have to admit with both teams, when they started, they weren't very organised. Yes, PDC atleast had some organisation to it, but a monster was leading it and that monster brought it to an end, and CC had no organisation but was starting to slowly build it up until it closed. I put in place a ton of new stuff behind the scenes todo with recruitment and management and even a website that DJmad and Paulius (who were still creating a website at the time of closure) couldn't do in 2 months (organisation at it's best), but not many people have recognised that and are still giving CC the same crap as before.

Criticism is fine, disrespecting members isn't.

Feels good to let a bit of steam off in a nice way just notifying everyone that what some people are doing isn't really that nice and is putting us down, but as you have said, head high and we will succeed overtime. Thanks for the support you 3!
