2. Who were the PMs sent to?

I only recall getting 1 PM about the rules, and that was only a question of where to put it, and it was replied to.

So, I'd advise getting those PMs sent again.

Brad saying "PM one of us" doesn't necessary mean Brad.
Either way, your PM didn't look like it required a reply, which is perhaps the reason for him not replying.

Anyway, no one's going to stop you from translating the rules and posting it on the forum. It won't be classed as official until it can be properly verified (if that's at all possible).

Well, should we expect a answer soon BP or is it still being internally discussed? I understand that you guys have a nice, organised way of doing things, but 3 weeks just to choose if a car should be +5 or not?

Pete already stated the management will reconsider. As you know Chuck has just left as insim coder and server admin, so now Pete & Elmo have some catching up to do. You can't expect updates right away.
