- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: i was gone to road and then i saw 2 cars coming fast i didn't drive fast so they can avoid me - i try to stay in max right but second driver hited my back and that make cop fine me 150$
he could avoid me same RAC driver there was big space and i was already leaving grass when they were in corner so i couldn't see them till they were close to me
Note : Irl max right always be for slow cars or people who go out from parking + and who hit from behind its his mistake for not leaving safe space

After reviewing the situation a couple of times. I'm confident that you're the only one to be blamed for what happened. You didn't pay close attention to your surroundings before pulling off to the road. If you would've checked your mirrors, you would've easily seen the two cars passing by. Once you were on the road, you weren't even driving, your car began to dangerously roll to the other side of the road, but then, a second before impact you quickly steered right since you now saw the two other cars. Your theory doesn't apply here since the road only had one lane per side. Meaning that both slow and fast cars drive on the same lane. I'll remind you of a basic rule which applies in real life as well.

• Cars exiting parking lots or roadsides i.e. bus stops must give way to all other traffic.

I'd refer this situation to a real life case where a car is trying to line up on the road from a bus stop, the road having just one lane you can use, which is common in big cities. The car coming behind isn't obligated to give way if you unpredictably pull out in front. The fine is a bit high on this occasions as the crash was quite small after all. I, myself, would've given a small fine for careless, might no even be that, could've been just a warning. But as long as the fine was valid and correctly chosen which, in this case, was for causing an accident, nothing can be done. Try to be more careful from now on when leaving a stationary position.
