Description of incident (inc date & time): This user refused to slow down for sirens and would not stop trying to budge into our chase. I told him various times to move but gave up.

This was not really a major offence but he did not move sufficiently for the chase nevertheless.

The user will receive a confirmable in-game warning for not moving for SIRENS.
