Description of incident (12.11.15 - 15:18): ramming (with no apologie for the collision). nope, didnt contact him due to our and his own "history". Or is this again a reckless overtake by me?

The first incident was totally Filsoof's fault. There was no need for that turn in and can be classed as ramming.

Again, in the second incident there was no need for that. He essentially rammed the COP into the barrier while failing to move for SIRENS.

I know you're making a point but there's no point in bringing that up here.

Considering he has just come back from a ban, he should have learnt from his mistakes. Therefore, Filsoof will be banned for 7 days.
