Management Change

In relation to recent events we have unfortunately come to the conclusion that Martynas will be stepping down as leader of Team [GLOW]. I would like to thank him for the work he has done. He will continue his membership within [GLOW] serving as a Team Supervisor alongside Special and Marius.

Taking over the position as leader of [GLOW] is our very own Frozen, who during the past year has worked hard behind the scenes. He will be leading the team alongside myself.

We realize we have had quite a few reshuffles internally in [GLOW] during the past shortwhile, and this has caused some confusion. This will definitely be our last change for a while.

This means that the hierarchy will look like this:

Leaders
Carries out the day-to-day running of the team, and oversee's other members. Makes final decisions regarding promotions, disciplinary actions and invitations, as well as ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the team.

Co-Leaders

Scout for possible new members who are of a high standard. Deal with any internal complaints or issues in the team, and assist the leaders with disciplinary decisions or promotions to be made.

Team Supervisors

Responsible for monitoring forum content and other members. Helping new members fully settle within the team, answering any questions they may have. Assist the leaders with organising any events and ensuring they run smoothly.

Senior Team Members

Members of Team [GLOW] that have been in the team for over a year. They carry the same responsibilities as normal members, however this rank is to show our gratitude for the dedication and commitment these members have shown by staying with us.

Every team member in Team [GLOW] is responsible for ensuring that the high standard of the team is maintained at all times, in any servers. They also spend time driving with or chatting to any applicants, and give feedback to co-leaders and leader.

No i'm not inactive, the fact I was not playing for a month or so is because of study and work which is the priority like for many here, but i'm every day here

However, you'll see me now again on the servers, since that "heavy load" period is over.
