Limiting Maximum backups joining a pursuit

This is today's chase:


There was 1COP Who started the pursuit / 5 Other who joined as a backup later.

Managed to outrun them in the matter of 20 Minutes. Pretty good, comparing it to yesterday's chase, Where I was locked in for 1 Hour and a half with +10 COPs who joined and outran them all.

Keep it fun, short. Which is why I suggested making a maximum backup of 6.
Instead of going for long chases of 1 hour and a half

And in the mean time to keep it fair aswell. Not everyone can stay infront of his computer for 1 hour and a half, Atleast robbers could have a chance of escaping, rather than facing unlimited roadblocks and unlimited COPs.

COPs have the advantage of being the ones who executes moves, Meaning it's the matter of just 1 successful P.I.T and you're boxed.

cops have too many advantages but this is ok tc style,I drive a cop in the page or ram I get a report,just so a refugee actually knows no rules..
