Good luck with your team! it looks like you have made a strong start! One thing i suggest is now that your team has enough people in it you could start making recruitment a bit harder so that people who get into trouble a lot don't join your team and start giving it a bad name.

To join you must have been on TC for atleast a year
Understand all rules and not frequently reported and warned by admins

Also I would like to suggest that, If a member of the team has not played LFS for atleast 1 month they should be considered as "inactive".
