He at first, accused me of being in the wrong, he even wanted me to apologize:

After admitting that he was in the wrong, he made no responses at all when I asked him to apologize.

This report was based off how this guy was acting in general, involves him sniping me all day, telling lies to admin ([TC]>Ice<), and basically trying to gather an offence to contact admin and get actions taken against me...(what happened early on) feel free to drop me a PM whoever reviewing, if you wish to know more about this regard.

this guy needs to grow some cohones.

Hi. Obviously i wanted you to say sorry because if you dont say sorry i would think that the move was intentional, and in my person of view it was your fault, but in your POV it was mine. I've said "it was my fault" by sarcasm as i told that to you. And my goal by that was to stop the conversation but it didnt help. We both could have just said sorry but i think it is too late now.

That's not how this works. You can't counter-report someone who just reported you.

We're dealing with the same incident in the other report. Just because someone reported someone else, it doesn't automatically mean the reporter is exempt from any action such that you need to open a new thread.
