Add time of day for tracks

It would be cool if you rotated time of day as well as tracks.

The weather is set by the admin who changes the track.

I too do get bored of clear day constantly on every track. Even overcast makes a change sometimes and sunset is peng.

Apart from the practical issues constantly changing it, I simply don't wanna get up, join the server and see sunset. It's kinda depressing.

Would it work to change that while players are on the track? I guess not.

If I'm right, then -1, gathering all people to go to safe zone to change that can be annoying.

/weather and /wind have to be done when in entry screen mode, according to https://www.lfs.net/host.htm

Of course, the weather can be set once an admin changes the track, but to change it again will be annoying, and as Chuck said, people won't want to wake up to sunset.

Just having a rotation on weather, not changing it during the week that the track its on. Or that is how I understood it. If its like this , +1. If its during normal week, -1
