I ran a redlight while nobody was in 100m range, surprisingly I get high-fined ( 150$ ) for "dangerous driving". He justified it that I was going over 100mph, however he couldn't laser me. Which I guess, in this case, "me speeding" excuse is invalid?

Tried talking but he drove off and chose to abuse other people..

He could clearly see you running the red light. However, given that you barely sped and did not actively endanger anybody while him justifying it with a high fine i will refund you 50€ for reasons stated previously.
