Description of incident (inc date & time): 29/11/16 00:10 - 00:30 GMT+00. He became invisible due to lag and as a result I ended up hitting him, it clearly was not my intention as I'd even taken caution beforehand by braking to avoid hitting him (when he wasn't lagging). Subsequently, he gets mad and starts to insult me because I refused to apologise for something that was caused by himself.

Hello,

User jagglee will face a ban for his breaches of Rule 1.1.
I will keep an eye out over the length of the ban for any links that pop up between his banned account and any other account to help ensure he doesn't evade.

Please let me know if you have any further issues with this user either from his normal account once his ban expires, or a different account he seemingly joins with - his behavior and attitude is not welcome on our servers and if he continues with it he will face a much longer ban.
