Replay timestamps:31;45 I accidentally drive into him causing no damage after he pulled me over and I tried to turn around, see screenshot above: he turns around and gives me a 200 dollarydoo fine.

seriously why is this guy allowed on the server when he makes the place depressed? especially on christmas.

p.s as I go back to what I've always said, its guys like this who aim for me with petty bs.

Hello Statgear

I am sad to see that you reported me for this accident, seeing as it was your fault.

In your replay lets take a look at the timestamp 31.00 where you slam your brakes and I attempt the best I could to avoid you, but I couldn't. You here decided to insult me breaking rule 1.1.



After this incident you start to becoming very aggresive towards me.

At the timestamp 31.46 you purposely drives straight into me (from my perspective anyway) without any apology what so ever, had you given an apology I would not have fined you.
After this hit you once again comes straight at me with your aggresive and rude langauge. You then threatens to "report my ass".



I decline to cancel the fine and you ram into me once more breaking rule 1.2 once again.



After this ram you do shift+p in an active chase breaking rule 3.1.

rule 3.1 isn't a bannable offense from what rules say so that is invalid.

it was not an intentional drive into. hence the 0KMS PER HOUR ON LFSLAZY. if I purposely wanting to hit you I'd have punted you going 100kms

i'm also convinced theres a secret form somewhere where everyone is against my ass... I've been awol for a few days off sick and I come back and I cop it in the ass with everything. who the hell did I piss off to deserve this? I try and do everything good but it all spirels out of control when one attitude happy guy comes and does something

Rules are not meant to be broken, breach of ANY rule can lead to a ban.

Anyway, now to the point.

31:00 - Thomas probably thought that StatGear was trying to run, so he speeded up and then StatGear suddenly stopped on the road, causing Thomas to hit him (Thomas apologized and tried his best to avoid the accident in my opinion). There was also some lag involved in the hit so it makes it look worse.

The second hit was just a pure accident to my eyes, StatGear tried to continue driving. Also wasn't that severe, but sorry would've been nice but I wouldn't say it was really necessary at this point. However, StatGear's reversing into Thomas (on purpose) makes the fine legit.

StatGear, I'm being serious now. Any more of insulting or saying bad things, results in a ban. If you get banned for insulting, unban will not be possible. Even if you are mad or sad or whatever. Also do not crash other's on purpose. This is your FINAL warning.
