- Unfair 1 Year Ban (Unban Request Denied by Ice)

● Reasons as to why you feel you deserve an unban:

You first gave me a 30 day ban due to what had happened in the server with my behaviour, then after we talked on teamspeak you downed it to 2 weeks. I then asked you VIA pm just the other day if we could make another deal, you followed that up with it is now off the table and you believe that I own these accounts: Tylerrrr and Ifailinmanyways. You claim this is from an IP match, I'm in Australia so it's quite often I get the same IP someone has had not long after their use, I've gone to a website with a new IP before and have been IP banned from it due to previous owner. I would supply the list of recent speed tests I've taken to show my IP's but that would make me a target from everyone out there with a DDOS program. You reckon because of my username and my IRL name that they are mine. I really can assure you that the only account I have and rightfully own myself is StatGear. I also feel Leon's decision on banning me is due to what he thinks of me, he's seen my URS and has based an immedite opinion on what kind of person I am which isn't fair.
I don't have anymore evidence that I can supply for this case.

edit: blacked out my recent IP, if you wish to see it I'll supply in a PM. I know there isn't a massive amount of IP's there but that's the only speedtests I've done most recently being logged into speedtest.net

Alright but I'll be honest, his attitude towards me that night in TS was quite poor and aggressive that it wouldn't surprise me if a little bit of feelings showed. but as you said I'll await Leon's reply and then make an unban appeal(I know he'll deny this request) so the whole management team can discuss it further.

Hi StatGear, we believe you are linked to the account Tylerrr and ifailinmanyways for following reasons:

1) You joined our servers the day that Tyler last joined our forums, on top of that your IP on forum overlaps Tyler's.

2) We have found strong resemblence on one of your binds, same color and nearly the same text in bind:

3) Your IP location on the server corelates to a small area in Perth. You say in Australia IP changes frequently and is possible for you to catch exactly Tyler's IP (which in the flood of IP's that is HIGHLY unlikely - but not impossible), however your IP on our forum and server has been the same for a month now, the exact same IP that was last used by Tyler on our forum.


The sum of things above convinced us you are in possession of all 3 accounts and are therefor ban evading.

Well that could just be a coincidence, I joined the game on the 24/11/16 then made the forum account 4 days after I found out about it.

Hm well that's weird, I really don't know what to say for that one. I'm really not ban evading, I've read your rules and numerous reports and know that if this was the case it would be a hell of a lot easier to come clean rather than lie to you. But this is not one of those cases Ice.

We have a very good reason to doubt all you said because:

1) You seem to think there is a lot of coincidence. Coincidence that your IP matched, coincidence that both of your names are Tyler, coincidence that the same IP was used in that small area in Perth. Coincidence that you joined the day Tyler last visited our forum. This is not very convincing to us.

2) You seem to know Tyler's exact username, which is Tylerrrr (with 4 r's). I, nor anyone else before, have not typed it down correctly in this thread, most i typed was 3 r's which further adds up to the list of evidence.

3) Maybe, maybe not other people have used this bind, but the fact that i have NOT seen any during my time online (which is, as some might know, a hell of a lot of time online) therefor your argument seems rather invalid. As a matter of fact, the only one using this somewhat exact bind are you (StatGear), Tylerrrr and kiwie. Even then, Kiwie's is different than yours and Tylerrrr's.

Now, i will give you one more chance to come out clean and tell the truth. Lying does not help you nor anyone else in this thread.


And as you keep on asking why Leon is not replying - we as TC have reviewed your situation internally inside out, so whatever i am saying Leon would too, but unfortunately he is currently busy.

If I was to lie and say I am him, will that make this case better? Lying isn't something I want to do to be unbanned/reduced but if you want me to say I am this other guy to keep you happy I will. I love this server so I'm not sure what else you want me to say, Ice.

I'm at a loss at what else I'm meant to do or say. I really am not this other guy. If we were related or the same person I would've come clean and not lied to your face. I've made a lot of great friends here in the past month since I joined and it would be a shame to lose them

edit: I know you have all "evidence" to believe I am this guy, this is an argument between people who have evidence and someone who doesn't. Hell if you want I'll take pictures of all my ID's and even show a recently taken picture to show who I am. I don't know what else to do to prove to you guys I'm someone different from this other guy.

We also noticed first thing you did was !hidead when you joined the server. A thing no newcomer would do, not without checking !help at least.

Caught you on lie again, you had your chance to tell the truth but you decided to lie about it. I am not buying your innocence, nor is the rest of TC team.

Oh, and don't bother making an unban appeal because we reviewed this thoroughly. Man up and serve that 1 year ban.
