Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (07.01) about 16:50 (UK time). First time I chased him for speeding, he paid fine. Then he went wrong way and caused accident (48:15), I chased him for it. He stopped and started writing things like "go ahead, take all my money" when it was legit fine. He didn't pay and started escaping, driving really dangerous and decided to go wrong way in pitlane (49:39). And then started writing things like "you are horrible cop", also insulting (look screen or replay). I'm not sure if last insult is really insult, English isn't my main language, but I think it is.

It should have been clear as day it was necessary to apologise after such a collision.

This goes against Rule 10.3.1, which states that the Sydney pit-lane is one-way.

Aside from this report, I have investigated this user's chatlog, and have found use of inappropriate nicknames (for which the user has had action taken against him previously), as well as further insulting other players, which is again breaching Rule 1.1.

User SpeedyZ will be issued with a 90 day ban, taking into account the repetitiveness as well as the user's nonchalance towards tossing out insults.
