i was speeding at 200kmph when a chase infront of me suddenly stopped(i was not aware that it was there) so instead of just crashing into the wall i drove past so that i would not interfere with the chase a few minutes later i got banned, wich i dont think is fear.

Speed makes no difference, you can see chases from ages away due to the big visual sirens on your screen - even if I'm in a GTR and travel at 200mph, I still slow down for chases ahead.

You've been banned before about it but clearly haven't learnt, so a longer ban was issued this time round.
