The layout has had edits made with thought, railings have been added on corners so you cannot run wide, you will fall of being 'totalled' which means pushing the car more is a huge risk.

Upon the railings in strategic places the roundabout style thing (The 2 way left hander) has been changed to make the inside a bit quicker, however you need a near perfect entry to gain off from it.

Even ontop of the railings, shortcut and podiums, the 1st and 4th u-turn have been angled upwards, in the video its clear the first u-turn has railings on both sides, meaning you need to be vigilant to avoid falling from the high road.

But even ontop of that, the start has been edited to look more race-like, but to also be accessible for those in first person, with smaller fov's or just without hud too. In the end the road isn't really changed, however the flow of the track, and the lines you have to take are.

In the end the layout is huge piles of fun to drive,

Hello! - For all of those who are taking part in the GU Downhill Event, we are happy to announce that...

[GU] Practice Server is now open!

You are able to join the server at any time and practice on the layout. Car reset will be on for practice, but please remember that it will be turned off in the actual event.

The server is running our Downhill InSim, which has been adapted for practice.

We hope you all enjoy practicing for the event!

I'm really looking forward to managing this event, possibly racing... Huski and I have done some major edits, re-designed parts of the track... There are a few corners which now look nothing like the video, purely for added fun... Come try it out, if you haven't signed up yet but are on the fence, drive the layout first and decide!

Any feedback/criticism please drop me a PM here or on Gamers United forum and I will take it on board (If you don't like the track I still love you - But please be honest)
